General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope, Customer Information
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between KCU GmbH (Praxenshop) and business customers purchasing goods via our online shop. We do not accept terms and conditions that conflict with or deviate from ours. The contract language is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The product presentations on our website are non-binding invitations to place an order.
(2) You may add one or more products to your shopping cart. During the ordering process, you will be asked to provide your personal data, choose a payment method, and specify delivery preferences. By clicking the order button, you submit a legally binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(3) We may accept your offer within two (2) working days by sending you an order confirmation by email. If this period expires without confirmation, your offer is deemed rejected and you are no longer bound by it.
§ 3 Customer Information: Storage of Contract Text
Your order details, including specific product information, prices, etc., are stored by us. We will send you these GTC and you can also access them on our website at any time after the contract is concluded. If you are a registered customer, you can view your previous orders via the customer login area ("My Account").
§ 4 Customer Information: Correction Notice
You can correct your entries at any time before submitting your order using the delete or edit functions. We will guide you through the ordering process with additional correction options. You may also cancel the entire order process at any time by closing your browser window.
