Payment Terms in the Online Shop
The following payment terms apply:
- Prepayment, Sofort (instant bank transfer), PayPal. Once the payment has been received in our account, we will contact you regarding delivery. If payment is not received, the order cannot be shipped. You may cancel the “Prepayment” option in the shopping cart and continue your purchase by selecting a different payment method.
- For public institutions, hospitals, and government agencies, purchase on account is additionally available. For orders with a net value of €7,000 or more, we issue a down payment invoice amounting to one-third (1/3) of the order value. This must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
- By clicking the “Buy” button, you enter into a legally binding purchase agreement. Registration is required for purchases in the online shop.
- Your personal data will be stored after purchase until the invoice is paid and the goods have been successfully delivered.
- After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. Your invoice will be sent separately by email.
In order to use the shopping cart, you may need to allow temporary cookies.
Delivery Conditions
Our items are delivered by freight forwarding (carrier). Delivery is made to the curbside (free to kerbside).
Each cabinet is delivered fully assembled. The weight of the cabinets typically ranges from 50 to 120 kg. You will need at least one additional person to carry the goods to their final destination.
Please ensure the furniture is secured to the wall to prevent tipping! A mounting guide is included with the shipment. The necessary mounting hardware is also included. Disposal of the packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Cost Tiers:
Germany (islands on request):
* €0 – €1,699: 13% of the gross total merchandise value
* €1,700 – €2,999: 9% of the gross total merchandise value
* €3,000 – €7,999: 5% of the gross total merchandise value
* From €8,200: 3% of the gross total merchandise value
EU countries:
* €0 – €1,699: 13% of the gross total merchandise value
* €1,700 – €2,999: 9% of the gross total merchandise value
* €3,000 – €7,999: 5% of the gross total merchandise value
* From €8,000: 4% of the gross total merchandise value
Non-EU countries:
* €0 – €1,699: 18% of the gross total merchandise value
* €1,700 – €2,999: 13% of the gross total merchandise value
* €3,000 – €7,999: 9% of the gross total merchandise value
* From €8,000: 7% of the gross total merchandise value
* An additional €75.00 will be charged for customs documentation per order
Special delivery requests (e.g. early morning, late evening, or Saturday delivery) will be invoiced separately.
Shipping to other countries is available upon request. You are also welcome to arrange your own freight carrier for pickup.
We assume the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods during transport.
You will be notified immediately in the event of delivery delays.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description or in the shop, the delivery time for our items is 3 to 6 weeks.
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries if this enables faster processing.
Bulky or large-volume products may be delivered disassembled for easier transport. These can be assembled easily and without difficulty.
Furniture is delivered by freight forwarding. Disposal of the packaging is the responsibility of the customer. Adjustments to furniture (e.g. due to uneven floors or walls) are not included in our service. We will gladly refer you to a carpenter or joinery service if required.
Delivery Period Commencement
The delivery period begins:
* In the case of prepayment, on the day following your payment order to the bank.
* Cash on delivery is not available in our shop.
* Deliveries are made only on working days (not on Sundays or public holidays).
Notification of Defects
The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery to ensure they are complete and free of defects. This includes removing any protective film.
Visible defects, incorrect or excess quantities must be reported promptly and in writing.
We must be given the opportunity to inspect the defect either ourselves or through a specialist appointed by us.
